Mt Fuji from Subaru Line 5th Station

First time in about 25 years. I was in shape this time so it was much more fun. Stayed at the Taishikan. First time in a place like that. Nice experience but I didn't really sleep. I put some pictures up in case you're wondering what those places are like. It has been made into a sort of rustic capsule hotel since COVID. We moved much faster than the usual pace so we had a lot of time to kill there in the afternoon, and the next morning on the top. What everyone said should take 4 or 5 hours took us 2 and-a-half. If you're a YAMAP user, you probably have a good idea of your own pace. We were two hours earlier than the sunrise and sat and waited. It was 6°c (43°f) on the summit then. 8 or 9 hours later it is 33°/91° here in Tokyo. Sunrise was great. I am glad we beat everyone there because we had the best seats. We were back at the Subaru 5th station by 9. I don't have the energy to curate pictures but I do want to put this post up in a timely manner.
