本宮山

今日も練習できました。ありがとうございました😊サイラーの方々にアドバイス貰えますよ🙌 寒いのと暖かいのが交互に来る感じでした。

Hike to Hongusan passing by mt Takatori, starting and ending in Sasamuta shrine. Sasamuta shrine was beautiful, took the path passing by the ponds with many frogs singing. Then the path goes through beautiful bamboo forest. Took a little detour to reach Takatori-yama. Then the path opens up and goes around a lumberjack area. Slowly nice views of Oita city come to view, there is also a little bench further up. Later there was a proper viewpoint with benches and beautiful views of the whole city and the industrial area. Reached the little shrine in the forest and then the summit of Hongusan. There was a nice wooden platform as a viewpoint. Since it was kinda late I didn't want to press on to do the loop, so I headed back through the same way. Will come back to complete the loop on the other side. It was beautiful and no other hikers even through it was a weekend.

西寒田神社から本宮山〜霊山を周回 本宮山辺りは思ったより寒風ヒヤヒヤ 霊山から西寒田神社は暖か、ほこほこになりました

足トレ第２弾！ やっぱ本宮山いいよ〜🤩 好きだな　この感じ やっとの雨でしっとり潤った山道や木々🌳　 ウグイスの美声や下からはカエル🐸の美声？に押され程良い斜度を登っていく。 美しい竹林や大木を撮ったはずなのに消えてるし…😥 雲空でボンヤリ景色だけど、雨にも降られず快適な気温の中良き足トレが出来ました😊
