Have started hiking since at the age of 70(so called late bloomer?!). My activity is meanwhile limited to the East of Japan since I live near Tokyo. Worked some 15 years overseas, mostly in Europe and US. Wondering if I wrote my hiking experience in English, it would likely to help understand how easy to gain access to the mountains and enjoy incomparable beauty of the nature of Japan.
