還暦過ぎに趣味と体力維持を兼ねて登山を始めました(2018/7/1)。写真は留学していたカナダ〜アルバータ州のジャスパー付近にあるカナディアンロッキーの3000m級の山々です。最高峰のMt.Robsonは海抜3954mと富士山より高いです。本来は間近には見えませんが観光で有名なアイスフィールドパークウェイが海抜約2000〜1500mくらいを走っているため直にロッキー山脈を観察できます。ロッキー山脈は北のカナダ側ほど見応えがあります。機会を得てまた妻と行こうと思っています。登山の経験は初心者です。登山後の温泉、深山霧島や紅葉を夫婦で楽しんでおります。今後も登山、トレッキングを続けていけるように心身ともに精進していきたいと思います。何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。 I started mountain climbing after I turned 60 years old as a hobby and to maintain my physical strength(July 1th, 2018). The photo shows the 3000m-class mountains of the Canadian Rockies near Jasper in Alberta, Canada, where I studied abroad. The highest peak, Mt. Robson, is 3954m above sea level, higher than Mt. Fuji. Normally you can't see them up close, but the famous tourist Icefields Parkway runs at about 2000-1500m above sea level, so you can observe the Rocky Mountains directly. The Rocky Mountains are more spectacular the further north in Canada than other places in what they are. I'm thinking of going again with my wife when I get the chance. I'm a beginner when it comes to mountain climbing. After the climb, my wife and I enjoy the hot springs, Miyama Kirishima, and the autumn leaves. I would like to continue to work hard both physically and mentally so that I can continue mountain climbing and trekking in the future. Thank you for your continued support.
