I started hiking last 2023. I have been going through so much problem that time that my mental health is dropping down. And i feel like i have to do something or go somewhere there is peace. And i always have this love for mountains but too afraid to go because of doubts if i am physically able. But 2023 changed me. Went to the mountains and the next thing i know is I don’t want to go home. My favorite so far is mount ibuki. That was a life changing experience. I felt peace and i felt like living for the first time again. Looking forward for the next mountain. I think climbing mountains is the thing that I’m gonna do until i am old.
