Mysterious peaks・大谷山・伏原山・日陽山・高野山・六神山
Start: Kasagibashi bus stop 🚎 Finish: Chikuzeniwabuchi bus stop 🚎 I went to explore some of the grey peaks around the border of Iizuka, Miyatake, and Kotake towns. There is no trail from the Kasagibashi bus stop to the summit of Otaniyama, so I followed Senbu2 san’s route. It was a drizzly day, so I hiked with an umbrella for the first half of the hike. ☔️ I got pretty wet and muddy, but the cooler weather was a nice break from the summer heat. 😃 The shrines and temples along the way were really wonderful to see after trudging through the foggy woods. ⛩️ The mysterious temple on Koyasan was completely abandoned and being taken over by a bamboo grove. It was interesting to see nature reclaiming the land after humans had left it behind. 🍃 飯塚、宮若、小竹の境にあるグレーピークをいくつか探検しました。笠置橋バス停から大谷山の山頂へ至る登山道はないため、senbu2さんのルートを辿りました。 前半は小雨だったので、傘をさして歩きました。☔️かなり濡れて泥だらけになりましたが、涼しかったので夏の暑さから休めてよかったです。😃霧の森をがんばって歩いたあとで、神社や寺が見えたときは本当に素晴らしかったです。⛩️高野山の不思議な寺は、だれもいなくて、竹の林になっていました。人間がいなくなったあと、自然が戻ってくるのを見るのはおもしろかったです。 🍃
