桑谷山 往復コース

タイトル: 桑谷山｜キャンプ場スタート｜展望台からの景色が最高✨ 短時間でも満足感の高い低山ハイク 短時間でもしっかり運動できるコース 本日は 桑谷キャンプ場 からスタート。 駐車場は10台ほど。 天気は快晴☀️ 気温27度。 暑さはあるけど風が吹いていて、思ったより歩きやすい。 登山口からしばらくは階段が続く。 途中、「4合目」「5合目」などの小さな看板が増えていた。 以前はなかった気がするので、新しく設置されたのかもしれない。 登っている途中、階段を掃除している方々に遭遇。 どう見ても登山スタイルだったので、登山ついでに掃除をしてくださっていた感じ🤣 「滑りやすいからね〜」とのこと。 ありがたい限りです🙏 今回は、桑谷キャンプ場から歩き、途中で 桑谷展望園地駐車場 に立ち寄ってから山頂へ。 この駐車場へ行かなくても山頂には行けるけど、トイレもあるし、展望もかなり良い。 分岐からは舗装路になるけど、急坂なので意外と良い運動になる。 時間に余裕があれば、ぜひ立ち寄るのがおすすめ。 逆に、この駐車場から山頂を目指すルートもあるけど、20分ほどで着いてしまうので、通常の登山だと少し物足りないかも。 ただ、リハビリ登山にはかなり良さそう。 短時間コースながら、しっかり運動できるので、この展望園地は省かないほうが良いと思った。 残念ながら山頂は展望なし。 大きな白い建物が建っている。 でも、山頂少し手前にある展望台が素晴らしい✨ 階段を上がると、あちらこちらに広がる景色が本当に綺麗。 展望台の下にはテーブルとベンチもあり、屋根のおかげで日陰になっていて休憩にぴったり。 今日は自分で焼いた米粉のシフォンケーキをおやつに🍰 ケースに入れると荷物が重くなるので、紙型ごとカットして持参。 少し潰れたけど🤣、しっとりしていてとても美味しかった。 Kuwagai Mountain | Starting from the Campground 🥾 Amazing views from the observatory deck ✨ A short low-mountain hike that still feels very satisfying A short course, but enough to get a really good workout. Today we started from Kuwagai Campground. The parking lot holds about 10 cars. The weather was perfectly sunny ☀️ and the temperature was 27°C. It was hot, but there was a nice breeze, so it felt more comfortable than expected. The trail begins with quite a lot of stairs. Along the way, I noticed small signs marking things like the “4th station” and “5th station.” I don’t remember seeing them before, so they may have been newly installed. Partway up the trail, we met several people cleaning the stairs. They were clearly dressed for hiking, so it honestly felt like they came to hike but casually started cleaning along the way 🤣 They said it gets slippery, so they were clearing it off for safety. Very appreciated 🙏 This time, we started from the campground, stopped by the Kuwagai Observatory Parking Area, and then headed to the summit. You can reach the summit without going to this parking area, but I highly recommend stopping there if you have time. There’s a restroom, and the viewpoint is surprisingly beautiful. From the junction, the route becomes a paved road, but the slope is steep enough to make for a pretty good workout. There’s also a route where you can start directly from the observatory parking area and head to the summit, but it only takes around 20 minutes, so it may feel a bit too short for a regular hike. That said, it would probably be perfect for rehabilitation hiking or a light exercise walk. Even though the course is short overall, it still gives you a satisfying amount of exercise, so I personally think the observatory area is worth including. Unfortunately, the summit itself has no view. There’s just a large white building there. However, the observatory deck just before the summit is fantastic ✨ Once you climb the stairs, you get beautiful panoramic views in every direction. Under the observatory deck, there are tables and benches, and since the deck acts like a roof, it creates a nice shaded resting area. Today I brought homemade rice-flour chiffon cake as a snack 🍰 Putting it in a proper container would make my backpack heavier, so I simply cut it while still in the paper mold and carried it that way. It got slightly squished 🤣 …but it was moist and absolutely delicious.

少々寒く曇り空の中でしたが、4人で歩いて来ました。久しぶりの桑谷山です。道の整備がしっかりされていました。2W後のレースの看板がありました。桑谷山の展望台は非常に風が強くて寒かったです。旧駐車場でコーヒータイム暖かくて美味しいオヤツ(羊羹、チョコ....)美味しかったです。

桑谷山といえば玉ですよね〜 最近、新しい仲間が増えたようなので見に行ってきました。

本日5座目 『桑谷山』 本日ラストのお山 桑谷キャンプ場駐車場からｽﾀｰﾄ 途中にトイレが有り 山道は整備されていて危険箇所もなく 終始歩き易い 山頂からの眺望はありませんが 途中に立派な展望台があり 夜景が綺麗に見えました🤩 一歩一歩踏み出せば いつか到達できる事を 実感した日となりました😆

とっても歩きやすくて リハビリにはもってこい 躓いたけど転ばなかった（笑） あぶないあぶない

数日前に来たばかりだけど、リハビリトレーニングとして。 桑谷キャンプ場駐車場（約10台）からスタート。駐車場にトイレはないが、途中でキャンプ場のトイレ利用できそうだ。 登山道はよく整備されていて危険箇所なし。道標も分かりやすく迷いにくい。 展望台は日当たりが良く、ベンチとテーブルがあり休憩に最適。 山頂は展望はない。変電所のような大きな建物がある。 高低差も少なく、約2時間で程よい運動。
