ハイキング

Over a month ago my wife broke her ankle while hiking at Ohirayama and was in great pain. However the worst pain for her was not being able to hike in the mountains and walk in the parks. Last week she was able to stop using crutches and walk in the park. For this week we went to Tenpaizan as a trial hike for rehabilitation.  She did well and hopefully we will be back to hiking in Kuju soon!!

天拝山（てんぱいざん）は、福岡県筑紫野市にある標高258mの山である。その名は、大宰府に流刑された菅原道真が自らの無実を訴えるべく幾度も登頂し天を拝したという伝記に由来する。古名は天判山（てんぱんざん）。
