おつかれ山

六甲山（ろっこうさん）は、兵庫県南東部、神戸市の市街地の西から北にかけて位置する山塊。瀬戸内海国立公園の区域に指定されており、また新日本百名山、日本三百名山、ふるさと兵庫50山の一つでもある。

Finally a dry day off! 😊 

I headed to Amagi to find Cherry Blossoms and Spring. Started at Kusaba river 🌸1 and walked along the Cherry trees by the sides of the river. However they were not blooming fully yet with only a few buds open. 

I continued on to Mekubariyama 🌸2 and I was happy to find the trees were blooming and although not fully, there were still many more flowers to enjoy. There were also a lot of people going for spring hikes and picnics. 

I climbed down and walked around the back of Ohirayama 🌸3 I there were lots of patches of pink on the mountain and some of the trees near the top were in full bloom. I sat and had some lunch and was visited by a friendly snake which slid right next to me and sat next to me for a while before going on its way. 

I came down to Amagi park 🌸4. The trees were not in full bloom but still many people were enjoying Spring Hanami and bbq's watching the cherry blossoms. What a nice atmosphere Spring brings.
