The spot is known as the treasure-trove of flowers, attracting many visitors to admire the delicate flowers. Mt. Nyukasa is a mountain with an altitude of 1,955m in Nagano Prefecture, also known as "Mt. Suzuran (the lily of the valley)"

I hiked the mountain in the beginning of June, expecting one million "lilies of the valley" bloom in Nyukasa Marsh, but it was a little bit early. Nevertheless, enjoyed walking through wide, breathtaking views of valley, taking deep inhale of fresh air.

Personal note 📝

Transportation🚆
Fujimi Sta.🚆~ Fujimi Panorama Resort🚌~Gondola 🚡
(2720) and it covers JR areas till Otsuki (大月), so I can use it from Matsudo till Fujimi station, but the part from Otsuki sta. till Kobuchizawa sta (小淵沢) bought 特急券 at the Azusa tokyuu itself from Shinjuku. Basically, you don't need to go to madoguchi etc, you just pay for the part that not covered in the train itself. It cost ¥1280 (特急券). But at Fujimi station they subtracted 乗車券( 大月~富士見) total of 1690 en.

⚠At Fujimi station depending on the number of people they increase shuttle bus rides. On the schedule it only 2 per day, but today there're many people, so there is more shuttle buses leaving for Fujimi Panorama Resort.

We took gondola 🚡 at Fujimi Panorama Resort. Gondola ticket cost ¥1800, but I got a leaflet about gondola at Fujimi station which has ¥200 discount coupon for 5 people. Gondola ride are available till 16:00 and it takes 20 minutes of ride till hiking entrance. Gondola round trip ticket includes 1 free plant 🪴. If you show the ticket at the gondola ticket station, you can pick up flower you like.

Lunch🍚
It was planned at マナスル山荘 (営業情報：11時-13時まで（水木休業)), but we changed to すずらんと星の宿. The shop owner is senior lady, so it's better to go with small number of people so that everyone can order something, otherwise it feels bad to overload her with work.

Hot Spring♨
Gondola ticket gives you discount coupon for hot spring. Discount coupon cost ¥300; hot spring price¥810 (-¥300)

Dinner🥘

From ゆーとん水神の湯 call taxi 🚕 to Fujimi sta. or walk up to 40 mins to station. For us due time sensitivity we ordered taxi (¥1440/4= 360) in advance.

P. s.: Some photos aren't mine.
There was a huge delay of trains due to accident. We had to wait like 50 mins at Fujimi station till the delayed train comes. In the middle of train ride, it suddenly stopped due of accident with deer 🦌. 😭

DOMO
