「Kobe Trail 2024」Sibgle 15kmに参加してきました。
大きな大会で、六甲山系を初めて走れたこともあり、とても楽しかったです！
前日にKobe Trailのハーバーランドの特設会場へ。
今日は"Goldentrail World Series"21kmクラスが開催おり、世界の有名選手の走りを一部観戦！Salomonの展示など見たあと、三ノ宮の中華街で夕食を食べこの日は宿へ戻り就寝。
大会当日。
摩耶山のスタート地点へ向かう前に、関西の友人に神戸の大会に出ることを伝えると、なんと車で向かいに来てくれて、スタート地点まで送ってくれました！
天気は雨。やみそうにないので、覚悟を決めました笑
そしてスタート！案の定、下りは濡れていてなかなかスピードが出ず、かなり苦戦。ずぶ濡れになりながら、制限時間の30分前にゴール！なんとか完走できてよかったです！
その後、道中知り会ったランナーの人と、迎えに来てくれた友人の車で新神戸駅へ。
雨でとても大変でしたが、今回も楽しめてよかったです！

This morning I had a ceremony to attend for work in Saga. But with the weather so glorious I had to do something as soon as I got back. 

I packed my bag as quickly as I could and went for my first trail run of the year and since injuring my knee last year. Instantly the thrill was back as I suffered and strained to run climbing up followed by the relief of reaching the top. Then the thrill and exhilaration of running down hill, rushing and leaping over rocks and trees. Kiyama is a wonderful place to run with a steady climb, wide trails and a bald top. 

Along my run I enjoyed seeing more spring wild flowers with the special highlight of the first Pulsatilla koreana, the Korean pasque flower growing on the top. A rare sight in the mountains. 

After finishing I took a bath in the  Amadi Spa. 

I can't wait to trail run again soon!  

天拝山（てんぱいざん）は、福岡県筑紫野市にある標高258mの山である。その名は、大宰府に流刑された菅原道真が自らの無実を訴えるべく幾度も登頂し天を拝したという伝記に由来する。古名は天判山（てんぱんざん）。
