Fujihiro is a sister restaurant to Fujinoya, which has locations in front of the Hitachiota City Suifu Branch and in Oarai Town. During his apprenticeship in Tokyo, the owner rediscovered the exceptional quality of local buckwheat. To share this passion with a wider audience, he serves handmade soba noodles crafted from Hitachi Aki Soba flour, sourced directly from the local Suifu region.
