Once you have left the Kurosawadō road and start on the Hyakumon waterfall trail, you will be able to see the Komorebi waterfall of the Shirakawa-yugawa. Although there is not much of a drop, there is an abundance of water that flows over the three tiers. The name “Komorebi” refers to sunlight that filters through the trees and was thought apt for this beautiful place. This incredible area is blessed with both refreshingly clean water and clean air.
