* It is a landmark of "Katsuragi Shuken ~ 28 Journey around Sutra Mound ~"

Katsuragi Shuken 28th Sutra Mound is described in many ancient records as "Kamenoo Tail" in Kawanaka. In addition, according to "Enkungyoshoki", it is said that the sutra was buried in the "stupa peak", and it is thought that this "stupa peak" may correspond to the present Myojinyama. Therefore, there is a theory that Mt. Myojin is the 28th stupa. Currently, a water shrine is enshrined on the summit of Mt. Myojin, and it is known locally as "Myojin-san of Nishiyama" and is visited by trainees.
