Founded 37 years ago, "Ajishin" is a popular restaurant that is open for lunch during the day and is crowded with izakaya at night. Such "Ajishin" is the origin of "Marimo Heat". The refreshing cocktail using the apple-flavored jelly "Akan Simpui" made by "Hokkaido Marimo Confectionery" is served with "Roasted venison", which can be cooked deliciously because it is the owner of a specialist in Ezo deer meat. You will be asked to add the mountain grape sauce that the owner will pick up. "Salmon Toro Don" has a roasted edge, and the fragrant aroma and the soft fat flavor of salmon are appetizing. There are many other menus that the owner is proud of. It is a shop where you can experience the warmth of the people of Lake Akan.
