This place is very close to JAIST. It just two stops after Butsudaiji. From Wake elementary school, you can reach the top in about 20 minutes. Although it is not as impressive as other mountains, this hiking has rich a lot of endemics. You can also visit the Nomi satoyama club which is located behind the school and hoikuen.
