大岳山・御岳山・御前山(東京,山梨)

朝5:47、JR古里駅に到着。今日は夏日の予報につき暑くなる前に下山すべく早朝から活動開始です。 駅から15分程で登山口へ、御岳山までは誰にも合わず静かな山行でした。中ノ棒山、大塚山への尾根道は広く、広葉樹に囲まれており新緑を満喫できました。 御岳山から日の出山へはあっという間、天気に恵まれ日の出山からの眺望も満喫できました。更に、日向和田駅へ向けて下山途中の要害山からの眺望は日の出山を凌ぐものがあり大満足でした。 筋膜炎からのリハビリ山行。まだ筋肉の張りがありましたが、快復の手応えありでした。 According to today's weather forecast, the temperature is expected to rise in the afternoon. Therefore, I decided to start hiking early in the morning. Today's route is easily accessible via JR line stations. I began the hike at Kori station and finished at Hinatawada station. Thanks to the good weather, I was able to enjoy a comfortable hike in the fresh air surrounded by the new greenery of the trees. The view from Mt. Yohgai is particularly expansive compared to Mt. Hinode. I highly recommend visiting, as it is a hidden gem for hikers. I also noticed that the muscles in my right leg have recovered from a myositis, “Kin-maku-en”.
