(1) 穴箇所の内側に粘着ナイロンパッチを付ける
(2) 穴箇所の外側に同サイズのパッチを付ける
(3) 一周して縫い留める

明日28キロのトレランでトライする予定🤞😄

Finally repaired my mesh-type trail running shoes!
(1) Stick a adhesive nylon patch on the inner side of the hole
(2) Stick a similar size patch on the outer size
(3) Sew both patches together by going all around
Done!!👌
This repair will be tried&tested tomorrow on a 28K trail run 🤞😄😄
