空沼岳

This is my first time to climb Soranumadake in winter. The trail to the cottage was well trodden. From the Hütte onwards the challenge started, in fact it was quite difficult at times. No more traces, massive cornices that made it difficult to know where to climb. To make matters worse there was a very icy wind blowing on the ridge ... of course there was a blue sky on the way down 😡 ... but still the quiet winter backcountry is beautiful 🤩
