クライミング友との裏妙義・丁須の頭⛓鎖フェスアゲイン Ura-Myogi, Chousu-no-atama: chains hike here we go again!

表妙義のソロ登山の翌日にクライミング友達と共に裏妙義を登山した🔝 8人グループの中で7人がクライマーのため、鎖場割とすうすうと行けた🧗‍♂️🧗‍♀️ 頂上の丁須の頭からの尾根は楽しみながらマイペースで縦走した。🚶🚶 三方境からの下りは一人トレランで走った。1.5時間のコースタイムを30分未満でこなした🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ 🇬🇧 Just a day after hiking/climbing Omote-Myogisan, I am joined by 7 climbing friends for another day of hiking involving chains and other steep slopes! We hiked up at a good pace, then followed the ridge taking our time and some nice breaks along the way. For the descent I took off to trail run the downhill, doing it in less than 30min (for a course time of 1.5hrs).
