Homanzan and a not so ice waterfall 頭巾山・三郡山・仏頂山・宝満山

Today I hiked with a friend up Homan starting from Umi town Shojidake bus stop up to the ice waterfall . Unfortunately it had started to melt and had slumped down the cliff only leaving the bottom and top intact. It was nice to see in person but didn't make for an interesting photo. We continued onto Sangunsan and met a group of highschool boys and lots of friendly people. The mood on Homan today was very good with lots of people talking a little and cheerfully saying hello. We hiked down to Dazaifu and through Tenmangu and got some Umegaemochi to reward ourselves for the hike. Now to the movie theatre to watch spiderman with my daughter. Full day!
