すべて見る初50Kを無事達成した!しかもやばい3300mの累積標高!(Suunto時計では2800m弱でしたが) とても早いランナーと一緒だったので箱根湯本から金時山まで約3時間半で登った🥵🤯 芦ノ湖の半周も初めてだった。意外とトレールが10キロ続いてとても良かった!(その時点で足はもうパンパンだったが😅) 最後まで粘ってSuunto時計・Stravaでは50キロ達成まで行った!🥳🎇🎆 トレラン後の温泉♨️とビール🍺は最高だった〜☺️☺️ 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 1st 50K ever! 🥳🥳 We started at a blazing fast pace, going up 18K 1900m in 3:30ish 🥵🤯 By that time my legs were done with uphills ❌🆘 But the hot soba and amazake atop Mt Kintoki was amazing! 😋 Then we came down to the lake, ran 10K on beautiful trails overlooking the water. 🤩 And by then legs were done with running flats ❌🆘 After a final series of small uphills (ascended with great struggle) we finished on a magnificent 5K downhill ↘️↘️ But unfortunately by then my legs were done running downhills 🙈❌🆘 Nonetheless this was an epic adventure and fun time! And the onsen and beer afterward... mamma mia! ☺️☺️ Drink: 2L water 1L pocari 200ml amazake 200ml juice Food: 2 onigiri 2 bananas 1 apple 1 PB sandwich 1 soba 1 egg 1 nut bar 1 gel Post-run: 450ml milk 500ml chicken bone broth Fried chicken Hash potato
