PM Trail run at Shioji 大城山・大原山・岩屋山

After working in the morning I decided to head out and enjoy some trail running. The weather was strangely warm! It felt more like mid May than the Start of April. I good an sweaty and enjoyed getting back into trail running while listening to rock music (Black Crowes !) It is a wonderful feeling leaping over rocks and running like a wild man threw the forest. I also got to admire the flowers all coming into bloom. Lots of colour!
